Restless Leg Syndrome – RLS – Do You Experience The Symptoms?

There is no real known cause for restless leg syndrome or RLS. It appears to be more prevalent during rest periods or inactivity, which is why it is often referred to as a sleep disorder. As it is not life threatening many choose to search for a natural restless leg syndrome remedies. Your legs might begin to feel itchy, tingly, and seem to be twitchy but your body is tired and you need to sleep. This is also true when just relaxing.
