As part of our ongoing continuous improvement program, Ballinger Training is now delivering the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment over a 4 week period. This course consists of 3 days of class per week, over 4 weeks, replacing our current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment format of 2 days per week over 6 weeks. Face to face class time remains the same, as does homework requirements.

The main advantages of this new format for the delivery of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are:

• Qualification is gained in a shorter amount of time.
• Students benefit from three days of class time in a row, allowing for better continuity of ideas and concepts.
• One new class commences each calendar month, which allows for easier forward planning for our students.
